Ladies i need advice please

So I have been taking Vitex and Fertility blend together. 3 fertility blend pills (like box says) and 2 vitex pills(1000) . Fertility blend also includes vitex. Well 2 days ago I spotted but it only was the one time I went pee and wiped. No more after that. Yesterday, no spotting. Today just a little spotting. So my question is is it just AF coming ? Or could it be implantation ? I have very irregular periods, BTW.
