Dizziness and headaches while on your period??

I get horrible migraines on my period and sometimes lose my vision. I also get super lightheaded and dizzy. I feel your pain.

If it's too much it could be a sign if iron deficiency, from personal experience, I'm no doctor or anything

YES girl it is rough man I am so exhausted and my head was killing me last night. All I wanna do is nap. Periods suck, but at least I know It's a healthy bodily function

Yes this does happen to me on occasion. It used to happen to me a lot more and then I started taking a sublingual B complex supplement daily and it doesn't happen as much anymore.

Focus on hydration, eating plenty of dark leafy greens and salt in days leading up to flow.

I always take an iron supplement around that time and it always helps

Yeah I get it sometimes myself.. would be nothing to worry about though.. I think it can be quite common.. just try and keep yourself hydrated throughout the day xx
