Does anyone have advice on tracking after a miscarriage? I've never used temps before, just cervical position and OPK's. My cervix has been super high, soft, and open for 4 days now so that has me confused. My OPK's are negative but similar in darkness to what they were a few days before I ovulated the month I got pregnant. My hcg is back to negative but I'm still so confused, lol! I'm slightly obsessed with trying to figure out ovulation and trying to get pregnant before my next cycle. The hubs and I are BD'ing every other day with preseed and praying we don't miss our egg.
