Could I be?

OK so I have been ttc for a looong time and we all know how that goes but this cycle has been weird. I've been having periods that last 2 or 3 days but this time mine was 5 days which is normal for me and then around ovulation time got spotting with some cramps. Now last week I got spotting again that last 3 days and now my period is supposed to start somewhere around today or tomorrow. I have cramps but doesn't feel the same as period ones more sharp and on one side. I haven't had much other symptoms just headaches and slight sick to my stomach at times.. Just unsure and tired of getting negative tests
