🤕HOW LOnG DOES IT tAKE🤕????

Ladies my LO has been teething since two months(drooling putting fingers inside mouth)now he puts whole fist inside and when he is being carried he wants to bite my shoulder I tried so many other things like toys rags n nothing good so far he's been cranky when he puts his fist in his mouth he screams he is now 4 months and 3 weeks !So i guess he is teething ???ge eats less than usual okay so my questions is when does his teeth come out if he's been having this symptom since 2 months???he calms down a lil with hyllards dissolvable tablets.but idk...😢😞😞😞😞
