Read the instructions
Why don't people read the instructions and warning labels? They're there for a reason. Most of the concerns I see on here could be answered by reading the labels. I'm not mad they're asking, as many will probably assume. I'm disappointed because it's very important you read the labels before you start putting things in your body. You only get one body to use so be aware of what you're doing to it. You also could be getting more accurate answers much faster if you would just /read/ the labels. Besides, most of our answers are going to be things you could find on the instruction label or on the brand's site. Honestly, for your sake, read the labels, go on the brand's site, or ask your doctor or pharmacist questions /first/. Then if you're still worried come on here for support, not medical advice.
Okay useless rant that will likely be received with anger and "why do you care" comments over.
