My Second early pregnancy symptoms?i need help?

Hello ladies i have a question so i im 4 months pp and i had unprotected sex and ive been having clear watery discharge and while i was eating breakfast today i ate eggs with cheese and right away i felt nauseas and threw up. The reason why this is so weird, is because with my first pregnancy as soon as i would eat eggs i would throw up.SO im wondering if there is a chance i might be pregnant.my first day of my last period was oct 9 so i think its to soon to take a test but can i get some opinions?could i really be nausea to the same thing twice?could i be pregnant again?my first early symtom last time was breast tenderness.
