Baby Girl kicks or punches?

Can anyone tell whether their it's theirs baby(s) feet, hands, knees, head, or elbows poking out? I can't seem to tell just yet. But I sure do feel them. I'm 26 weeks and 1 day exactly. My baby girl is low!!

It's very hard to tell, I honestly don't know which is which unless you're one of the women who's baby shoves their foot out so you can actually see the outlining of their foot through your stomach

That's completely normal I've been dealing with since 18 weeks with my son and I'm now 40 weeks and still dealing with it lol you could look at my stomach while he moves around and you'd see him poking up its weird but cool if you have questions about anything there's always the pregnancy books or call your OBGYN and they'll answer any questions you have
