Painful tampon removal?

So I just used a tampon for the first time. It was a very light absorbency tampon. When I inserted it, I immediately got nauseas.. It went in jsut fine though, with no pain.....But when I tried to take it out it hurrrrtt. But I just pulled it out, and when I did, it was full. Why did I get nauseas and why did it hurt even when full??

Mines the same way... the more full it is the less it hurts. And the more relaxed. I tense up a bit because I expect the pain, but it's better if you can relax!

I'm not sure about the nausea part but the pain could've been because maybe you're dry, like I personally have heavy flood flow during my entire period (3-4 days) so it's easy to put a tampon in because there's always quite a bit of blood that's acting as a lubricant so I never have the issue of it hurting unless i end up wiping more than I usually do and then trying to stick one in right away
