I cried 🙄

So my LO is one day short of being 4 months and I think it's time to start transitioning to sleeping in her nursery. I've researched and spoken with others and I feel like I might have waited to late.. today was the first day trying for a nap in the crib and it was hard,. She cried, I cried.. it took 30 mins of constant going in soothing after 3-4 mins of crying. Which lead to me hiding on the floor until she finally fell asleep. She woke up 10 mins later 😒 couldn't do it anymore so we resorted back to my room and we both laid down for a nap. Her night time routine is usually feed at about 9-10 and lay her down in bassinet no problem. I could use any advise.
