Terrible, consistent cramps.

I miscarried 9/30. I had a lot of cramps, all the time at that point. Positive pregnancy test on 10/30. Dr had said we could try asap and he thinks my MC was a fluke as I've had two healthy full term pregnancies. I'm only 4 weeks, 2 days and have cramped for four days in a row consistently. They aren't severe per se but they are bothersome and noticeable. Only time I feel better us if I urinate, have a BM, or pass gas. I notice a lot of gas. I'm worried I'm doomed to miscarry again. I'm just looking for similar experiences.
