Is it too soon to tell I'm pregnant? I need some advice please.

All three of these tests I have taken have a very faint positive line, especially the first one. My period isn't due until the 7th, is it just too soon to tell if I'm pregnant? My mind is running wild with excitement but I just can't tell how to really read these for sure...
