sex advice

I really don't feel confident in being on top but my partner is getting annoyed with me now. I have explained to my partner how I feel and don't enjoy it nor feel confident in the past I have had exs say to me nasty comments and it's really put me down and i just can't seem to let go. We currently have a lot sex and really enjoy it but tonight he just rolled over and said go on get on top which I tried and had to stop as I feel I don't have a clue what I am doing! He then got pissed off and said going to sleep then I guess and went! I feel so crappy 😢😢Please ladies looking for some advice no mean comments
