stoping formula

I have completely got my 11 month old off bottles and she only drinks about 16 ounces a day of formula from a straw cup between meals. What I'm wondering is would it be a problem if i go ahead and stop giving her formula right now... also anybody got any advice for if I decided not to give her cows milk? In my family we don't drink cows milk and Even tho i don't want to give it to her I'm undecided if I will do it anyway if that's what's best? Atleast for the first year.. also what are opinions on pediasure ? Basically just looking for any advice at all on this subject...
