ovulation tests....help?

On to cycle #5 TTC. This will be my first month using ovulation tests. Just wondering what day of my cycle to start testing and if you guys test once or twice a day? Etc

It really depends on how long your cycle is as to when to start. Mine is 28 days with ovulation usually happening CD14-16.  I start testing on CD8/9 then on CD13 I start twice a day until I get my positive:

I test day af stops once a day till I get faint lines then twice a day then once the come up quicker and darker I test morning noon and 7pm

I started last month, and i was so excited i started the first day after my period just to be sure i caught it. I started testing twice a day once i noticed the line getting darker.
