Ovulated?

Ok here is my back story. On cd 12 I got an almost positive lh and had ewcm,so we dtd. On cd 13 got a positive lh (4am) . About 2pm I have a few twinges on my left side and I've had ewcm, had another positive lh at 6pm, cervix was high, soft and open so we dtd. On cd my lh was still positive around (4am) and still has ewcm this am. I noticed when I went to the bathroom around 2 that my cm had changed to a creamy/sticky white at 6 pm got a negative lh and my cervic was med open and starting to feel hard. Does this mean that I've already ovulated? Also around 2pm I felt like I had a crash and got extremely fatigued.
