For the last two weeks or so my milk production has slowed significantly. I used to be able to pump about 15 ounces per day and now I'm down to 6 ounces! I've gone through my entire freezer stash. I have no idea why this is happening and fenugreek and oatmeal aren't helping. Please, I need tips. Baby girl is just under 7 months old and I need to be able to feed her until 1 year. She has started solids but I've still been pumping as usual and nothing is coming out. My breasts aren't even getting engorged anymore.
