I went to my second checkup yesterday and there was no heartbeat. I was technically 10 weeks and 6 days. The baby was measuring 10 weeks and 1 day. At my first U/S that was transvaginal, we saw a strong heartbeat. I was 6 weeks at the time. The doctor did an abdominal u/s yesterday. I am scheduled for another u/s today, but if nothing, the doctor told me I can schedule a d&c or miscarry naturally. I am super in denial. I still feel very pregnant and have the symptoms, like nausea and morning sickness vomiting. I haven't had any bleeding or major cramping; just random twinges here and there. I'm not really looking for any answers. I just wanted to vent. From what I've read online, this actually happens often. I'm just very crushed and keeping a glimmer of hope. Thanks for reading. 🙏🏼😔💓
