Slowly losing hope 😥

So I have pcos which is obviously harder for me to conceive, no medication given to me cos basically I'm too fat so have to lose weight in order for them to even entertain me. We've been TTC for 4 years and I'm 10 dpo today done a hpt.. BFN! as always.. (TTC baby no 1) I'm having so many symptoms, sickness , constipation, high cp.. I don't even know what to think now? What's your cp meant to he when AF is on her way? And what's it meant to he in early pregnancy? Please help! 😥😢
