Sturdy Infant Bassinet Stroller in the US?

I am looking for infant bassinet strollers in the US like they have in Europe (especially Germany)

Everything I found so far were either car seat systems (bad for neck for long periods of time) or super wobbly bassinets on the strollers, like the Graco Modes or even the Uppa baby.

The two strollers I mentioned are sturdy themselves, but (and this drives me nuts): Their seat/bassinet can wobble back an forth and are not "like one" with the stroller. Hard to explain, but you can push the seat/bassinet up and down about 1-2 inches without the actual stroller moving. And this bugs me.

Any recommendations? Thanks a lot!
