Membranes stripped yesterday. Labor?

So the Dr did a membrane sweep on me yesterday. Said I was already 2cm dilated, 50% effaced, and my son was between a +1 & +2 station. Since I got the membrane sweep (starting at about 15 mins later) I started getting contractions and diarrhea. The contractions weren't very painful. Bearable. And the diarrhea is a lot to handle lol like I feel fine 'sick' wise. I know I'm not sick causing it. But I've been up all night with contractions and diarrhea. Also lower back pain. Contractions have gotten stronger and closer. 5 minutes apart the last couple hours. Should I go to the hospital? Also as I bounce on this ball I realized I am all of a sudden wet. Like my undies, pants, and the ball. Not soaked but not just a drizzle! I think I may be leaking!

What are y'alls opinions and experiences?!

Well y'all got to the hospital about 12:30. I had been sleeping but at 10:30 woke up with real bad close contractions. Dropped kids off at my cousins and the hubby and I headed on the hour trip to the hospital. Got here at 12:30 with contractions 2-4 mins apart and at 3cm. About a half hour later at between 3 and 4 cm. They kept me! At 3:30 between a 4 and 5cm. Contractions every min. And they broke my water!

Well when I reached 5cm I wasn't progressing.  So was given pit. Forever later I was still 5cm but during contractions a 6. Then I got my epidural after 10.5 hours of active labor. I really tried going natural. When I went to the bathroom I felt like a ton of pressure. Got in bed and checked and was at 8cm! A couple mins later feeling as if I had to push I was checked and at 9cm. Just a couple mins later I was a10 and pushing!

Labored 18 hours.
Pushed for 9 minutes.

With my first I have diareah too when my contraction were close together but I only went to the bathroom like 3 times twice at home and once at the hospital (in the bathroom) I would go to the hospital now if I was you. I went when my contractions were 5 minutes apart
