I use oxiclean baby! It's amazing and has a great rating from EWG too. Gnarly stains I pre soak clothes until I do a load- and every load Of my daighters clothes I use it and 95% of all stains come out! She's EBF too

I dip pooped clothes in warm water spray oxiclean scrub then wash all of baby's clothes. Never fails.
