Is Self tanner safe during pregnancy?

I have the USMC Ball coming up and with my dress I kind of want to tan up my chest, sholders, and back area. I don't want to use a tanning bed for obvious reasons but would a self tanner be ok to use during pregnancy or should I use something more like a bronzer? What products would you recommend?

I've used them during pregnancy along with getting plenty of spray tans. My dr said it's fine just make sure it's well ventilated if u do it at home.

I've had several spray tans while pregnant and it's harmless. Not sure if the lotion type self tanners are the same but I would assume so. Read the label.
