Weight gain after breast feeding
How likly is it that after i stop breast feeding (which will be by the end of the month) that i will gain weight back?
Im finally at a weight that im happy with and im almost happy with my body now and i think i lost the weight from breast feeding. I dont want to gain weight back and be unhappy again.
