Partial Weaning! Where do I begin!?!
I EBF but due to some personal stress I have noticed a supply drop. I think that it makes the most sense for my LO and I to drop a few feedings and add in a few bottles of formula (he will take formula and a bottle without hesitation).
Has anyone partially weaned before?! What was your process? How do I keep from completely losing my milk?
