why did u start clomid? if you did

For those of you that started clomid successful or not, why did you start it? My dr thinks I'm ovulating, but my guess my eggs quantity/quality are not good? Anyone else have their drs suggest this ?

Clomid worked for me the first time. I have my little angel because of it. The first dose of 50 mg didn't work than doc gave me 100mg next time and I was so discouraged it didn't work the first time so I lost hope and tried while I was on the 100mg but not like the first time. Lo and behold I was having cramps boobs killing me so bad nothing could touch them I figured was another period coming on. Mother in law said I bet your pregnant I took test and I was. Now this time im trying for my second baby and they put me on clomid again. This doctor is a diff one than the other so he has diff rules for it, not sure I like it...anyways he started me on 50mg of clomid on day 3 of my period. (I had to have a progesterone shot to trigger my period first) I was for sure it worked but got my period this sunday =( heading to the doctor today to suggest more. Goodluck to you :-)

I can't get pregnant without it as my progesterone levels are next to non without it x

I got put on chlomid as i don't ovulate at all since my latest miss carriage almost 3 years ago.. so was put on chlomid and just had my dosage increased to 100mg . I am thankful that they have induced ovulation and should hopefully aid a pregnancy :)

Im about to start my 4th round currently at 200mg dr gave it to me because im not ovulating and my progesterone was so low still no success

I don't have regular periods so I dont ovulate. I can't seem to get pregnant without it....sigh.
