Advice needed

Hiya everyone. I was wondering if I could get some help and guidance. I am late by two months and at first we thought I was pregnant but after five pregnancy tests and a blood test it was determined that I am not. This is not normal for me to ever miss a month and I was wondering if anyone knew what may be going on with me or had an idea about what I should do about it. I would go see a doctor but I don't have healthcare and cannot afford to pay to see one. Thank you in advance
