Pregnancy and car accident

I am 10 weeks pregnant, and yesterday on my way back from work, someone decided to change lanes into mine and hit me. Since I've never been in a car accident, specially pregnant, I freaked out! I called 911 and told them about the accident and the fact that I am pregnant. They sent ambulance and to check on me. Besides being emotional, all my vitals were good. At night, I started having little cramps and my neck decided to hurt. So, this morning I decided to pay a visit at the ER, and they did an ultrasound, and there was my baby with normal measurements and heartbeat at 170! I could even see the little hands, feet and head. I am so glad my baby is okay.
