am finally spotting after 9 months without period after stopping birth control!...

I am 33 1/2. I was on birth control for 16 1/2 years and 13 of those years I was taking it extended. Which means I only had a period every 2-3 months. I stopped taking it this last January 18th or 20th and had a withdrawal period January 22-25 just after having a period on the pill. I took 4 pills of the next pack then stopped. Nothing has happened since, up until 5 days ago, and I am TTC! Since July I have been doing something called seed cycling to balance my hormones and I just added the oils that give the seeds an extra push almost 3 weeks ago. Since July I have ask been taking Maca Root and Vitex. I have ordered Fem Balance, which should come in the mail tomorrow. I am also taking vitamins and going to do a liver and kidney detox soon to further help me get to where I can finally conceive. Here is where I am confused... I finally started having spotting 5 days ago!!! Which seems very odd to me because that is the same day I suspect I ovulated!... I had all the symptoms such as cramping on my right side where my overtly is, sex drive shot up sky high, I have had no acne for the 1st time since I stopped taking birth control! I got even more baby crazy than I already am... So I am very curious why I am spotting now?! I am taking my ovulation seeds and evening primrose oil now. The spotting is pretty light, too light to really need any female products. For the most part most of the spotting occurs while I pee. I have one idea/suspicion and wondering if anyone else has ideas or advise... Thank you in advance!
