Down syndrome marker ?

So I had my anatomy ultra sound last week baby girl was 19weeks and tech said we will have to come back for better pictures because she wasn't cooperating. 
We get to the DR to go over scan results & he agreed the pictures weren't clear enough.... but he said her heart muscle lit up on a picture which could be a soft marker for Down syndrome... we had the blood test at 16 weeks to test for DS & spina bifida all results came back great, all negatives. 
So dr said he isn't worried but wants to check again in 4 weeks ... I'm so nervous. He tries telling us this is not problem but how can I now worry ? 😢 
Anyone else have this happen & everything turn out Okay?

My baby has an EIF too. Doctor said as long as there's no other markers or factors pointing to Downs, it's completely harmless and nothing to worry about

Same thing happened with my son. He had the marker as well and we went to specialists and had several sonograms done and he turned out fine. He didn't have Down syndrome and all of my blood tests were also negative for Down syndrome, he's 4 now. I'm pregnant with my daughter now and she has the same marker on her heart but because my son also had it, I'm not worried about it at all

I just had the same results Tuesday when I had my anatomy scan, they found a small bright spot that is a soft marker for downs, I also had the blood work done at 16 weeks and everything came back perfect also had the nechual ultrasound at 16 weeks and results were good. I got told the same thing to not worry so much about it that her own baby had the bright spot and due to my age and previous blood work she wasn't to worry about it but again it was her job to offer the amnio but told me the risk on that would be greater than the baby having downs instead she offer another type of blood test.. waiting on results now, I also have to go back in 4 weeks for a look at the spine baby boy refused to roll around.. lol best of luck to you and easier said than done but try not to worry..

Dang, of course you're going to worry! All you can do right now is hope and pray she doesn't have it, and if your blood work was fine then that is a huge hope right there. 
But if she does have it, it's not death, she will still live a great and happy life I'm sure, and many mums have missed out on that blessing. So head up! And stay positive for her sake!
