Baby allergic?? Need advice please!

I think my poor little lady is allergic to something but don't know what. Her pediatrician told me to switch to hypoallergenic wash, shampoo, lotion and detergent. I got Aveeno and also this detergent called Dreft for newborn babies. It's gotten worse. Should I switch again? I'm a FTM mom and I feel so bad. Any advice please?

Are you formula feeding or breast feeding??? My daughter was allergic to milk ( I was the one who figured it out). If you've changed products and it's getting worse try getting dairy out of her diet and see if that works. Also I use all with nothing in it because it's safe for babies and myself.

Try an unscented free & clear detergent like Arm & Hammer (which is pretty inexpensive) or Seventh Generation. You might want to wash your clothes and anything else else she comes in contact with in the same detergent, because if she has a sensitivity then even laying against your shirt could trigger it. 
You could also try different baby products if you think that might be part of it. I've been using Babyganics unscented products and really like them so far!

This is the one I get for my baby as well as I had to wash our clothes and sheets with it too so he wouldn't break out I got him the burts bee shampoo and lotion the simple one because none of the other ones worked for him or we put coconut oil as well if we don't have lotion

Also if you are breastfeeding, check your diet.  My Friend's daughter was allergic to all types of dairy as it was passed on in breast milk.
