Please please please read...Can i still be pregnant? Or am i having false hope?

So my period came on five days early. First day was nothing but spotting. Second day was heavy a lot like a regular period and even had small clots. (Red not like hamburger meat) third day very very light. I only had one dot on one of the pads the entire day. Fourth day back to spotting and it was like dirty brown blood only when I wipe. Fifth day nothing at all. So I assumed my "period" was just four days rather than the five it always is. Three day after that I had a little spotting once when I wiped and never seen it again after. Please someone comment and tell me they experienced something like this and still ended up pregnant. The last pregnancy test I took was the first day I was spotting and it was negative.
