If it is eczema , I think you can use Aquaphor ointment. We use that baby girl's face and it made her cheeks so soft!

Yes. My poor baby had the exact same thint all over. My pediatrician said use cortisone cream ex a day and put a ointment over the cortisone (I used aquaphor.. Its amazing) and within 5 days it was basically gone. Now I use Eucerin Baby Eczema cream to keep it at bay 4 times a day.

Yes my babygirl has it. She also has yeast with it as well. She prescribed a nystatin cream
