twins and gestational diabetes

I'm 26 weeks weeks and just failed my 1 hour glucose test. We knew I would probably fail it bc I've had it my previous 2 pregnancies. I'm interested in hearing how other multiple mommies did with GD and when you delivered. I'm nervous bc I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and being so pregnant through the stressful holidays. I'm worried about preterm labor and just want to hear the different variations of births
