Ivf or Ivf with icsi????

Ok so we are currently waiting for our test results come back befor we start our first ivf cycle. We are having ivf because of my partners low sperm count. (5million with low mobility 20%) does anyone know if what we will be advised ?? Should we have the icsi too ?? I need to plan for this finacally and by the time we see the doctor next we will already need the money so any thoughts would be greatly appreciated ! Xx
