Heelllllpppppppp

My lmp was on Sept. 4th. I missed my period in October and I waited until today because if I didn't get it by today I would test again tomorrow. (Note: my tests have been coming out negative including a blood draw was negetive.) So if my lmp was September 4th, how many weeks can we estimated if I were to be pregnant and I test tomorrow positive? :o

All of October I had cramps and slight streak of blood and that was it. Been eating so much, my breast are getting full, back is hurting, sleeping a lot, starting to urinate more, hot flashes, vivid dreams, moody, headaches. I need help and I'm so confused of all these negative testings.
