After a loss, optimistic and in love!
We had a tough loss last year, the miscarriage of our first baby. It took us 9 months to be ready to try again but I'm now pregnant at 12w4d. Every ultrasound is terrifying and I get so afraid of there not being a heartbeat.
Today at 12w4d we had a great ultrasound. Baby was wiggling like crazy! Look at that cute little profile! In the second pic, the baby is waving with the hand up by the head.
Feeling thankful and in love. Still cautiously optimistic, but today was another good step. Find out gender in a week when our free cell fetal DNA results arrive!
Oh and the doc changed the due date just slightly based on size. I'm now due on May 16 which is my birthday!
