Significant other has cold feet?

Anyone else have their significant other get cold feet because of the anxiety of a baby joining the mix? I'm 32 weeks pregnant and this is both my and my boyfriend's first baby. I recently just found out he's been lurking on an online dating site(Plenty of Fish) for about a month now while he was out of town working. I haven't had a chance to talk to him about it yet to figure out exactly what happened, but from what I can tell he was only lurking on girls profiles and not actually initiating anything. Has anyone else had this or something similar happen?? I'm obviously very hurt, but I want to know if maybe he's just nervous about the baby coming soon and was having second thoughts. Doesn't look like he's been in the site for about a week now. I can't stop thinking about it and I can't talk to him about it until he gets off work in an hour..
