HELP (So original)

Okay so I'm 16 but I'll be 17 in December. I  found out that my boyfriend and I are expecting a baby! I'm pregnant! We've been on and off for five years but it's been because of family and adolescence bullshit. We've been going strong this time and even my family and friends noticed it. I'm maybe 5 weeks along. I'm 4'11 and 82 pounds. I'm a very small girl and was hoping for some tips maybe? Yes my grandma knows. I live with her.
