Did you acquire a different smell down there while pregnant?

I'm 30 weeks and I can tell I smell differently and I don't know what to think. I have lots of creamy white/light yellow CM. Doctor says it's normal and my yeast and BV came back negative. Sometimes I think I smell bad...idk :(
