positive test and cramps

I got a faint positive on nov 1 with frer and last night and this morning I took first signal .88 cent from Walmart and they were both very faint. Also took one this afternoon after lunch because of the cramps. I also have cramps around my ovaries and some af like cramps. Is this normal.

Last pregnancy was blighted ovum in oct 14. So a little nervous about this pregnancy.
