um no. amniotic fluid is not sticky and thick.. that looks like mucus you get during pregnancy... as you know..pregnancy is not the prettiest thing ever haha if you start itching and smelling down there that's when you have a problem.

I'm 28 weeks and started having that every once in a while a few weeks ago. Totally normal, can either be just strange thick discharge or can be pieces of your mucus plug, either way it's normal.
But just so you know about two weeks after that began for me, I started losing a LOT of mucus at a time(completely different not stringy, more like I blew my nose through my vagina 😂) and I mean like a gross amount ranging from clear to yellow-y and I totally panicked, ended up just being normal mucus plug stuff. Just in case it happens to you 😂
