Issue with period tracking?

So, i know i have a 22 day (ish) cycle. I seem to generally ovulate a few days after my period finishes, so rather early in my cycle. Last month, i didnt enter it into the app because i started testing too late (i had a darker line earlier in my cycle.) this month, i did because i had a definitely positive result. But once i did it adjusted my period prediction to a 16 day cycle (!!!!) which seems totally off.

Is there any way to adjust this back to normal? Or do i have to wait until my next period? And will it go back to a short cycle as soon as i enter my ovulation date?
