30th november i finally got a BFP i started getting symptoms and booked an appointment with my doctor to confirm. Tuesday the 1st of november i woke up bleeding, and with super painful cramps. I just knew i was losing our baby. We went to the doctors and my cramping got so bad i started throwing up. They are rushed me to the emergency room where they took some blood which said my HCG level was only 16 :(
