Help I went to the doctor because I though I had a uti he told me I have a bladder infection and told me it was a pelvic inflammatory disease does this mean I have a std ??

No! You can have a Urinary Tract Infection and Pelvic Inflammatory Disease but a UTI isn't PID. Pelvic inflammatory disease is an infection of a woman’s reproductive organs. It is a complication often caused by some STDs, like chlamydia and gonorrhea. Other infections that are not sexually transmitted can also cause PID but not typically a Urinary infection. I would call and ask more questions. That way your not super worried.

It is usually caused by an STD. The cervix becomes infected by bacteria and then the infection starts spreading to your other reproductive organs. If the doc gave you antibiotics, take them and finish the entire course even if you start feeling better. Stopping the meds before their gone could make things even worse.
