how do you know if your saved breastmilk is spoiled?

I didn't label it while stored in the fridge but it might be 6 days old. When I smell my fresh breastmilk it literally has NO smell. When I smell this breastmilk it has a slight smell but I wouldn't say it smells foul or spoiled. Can I feed to baby now or just toss?

Usually spoiled breast milk smells similar to sour cow's milk. I only store mine no later than three days. Six days seems a bit long and I would consider tossing it.

Taste it and see.  There are days when my milk seems to spoil so quickly, and my guy will absolutely refuse it if it's even a little off.  6 days would be way to long for my milk in the fridge.

3 days in fridge is recommended. I'd toss. You can always taste it...
