Hi ladies! Other than putting your feet up what are some good ways to reduce the swelling in your feet? My feet look like over stuffed sausages and it's creeping up my ankles and lower calf. It's starting to get really uncomfortable. My doc didn't seem worried and said to keep the elevated which I try to do but the swelling doesn't go down completely. I work a desk job so I can keep them up to an extent while at work. What else has helped you ladies?
