45 day cycle

Good morning ladies,

So after a long 47 day cycle now one of the longest AF finally decided to show up... I have extremely long cycles but they are regular about 45 days give or take a day or 2 ..... just wondering if any ladies dealing with ovulation problems or any other ladies with longs cycles... was there any natural remedies you did or saw that helped you.. I'm honestly desperate it's now going on to cycle #4 of ttc but ttc since july 4th because of these long cycles and I'm not due to ovulate now till December 1st so I wanma get ready for it this month I want to get my bfp for Christmas this year and surprise my SO ladies if you know of anything please.... I'm desperate. . Also only 23 and ttc baby #1.
