39+4 braxton hicks? ?

So I would say fir the last week I've had braxton hicks but only at night abd not in the day. I feel so uncomfortable at night and think o this could be the start but then the next day I feel fine. Anyone else just get them at night and know why it only happens then? Also I've just been relaxing at home in the day so I would notice if I got them. It's not like I'm out and wouldn't notice. Answers please
