Anyone got any ideas what to have for nausea? Ive heard there are bands? Anyone got any recommendation? Thanks :)

I didn't take anything I would drink chamomile tea with lemon and then snack every hour or two. That helped me but probably won't help most women.

I have zolfren i have to take it every pregnancy but it was prescribed to me i take 2 a day and im in heaven...They have no risk either ginger ale and dry crackers didnt help me!!

Not in the U.K. But vitamin B6 and sea bands (found in the travel section of pharmacy) helped me.

You can buy dry ginger ale (Canada dry brand) in the drinks mixer aisle of some supermarkets and it's good for nausea. I also found nibbling on plain dry crackers quite helpful. If it's really bad there are prescription drugs you can get but they do have some risks.
